As a key player in our organization, the successful candidate will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, bookkeeping, and creating financial models to support our clients in achieving their business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

● Perform day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing, expense tracking, and reconciliations.

● Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

● Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.

● Handle correspondence, emails, and other communication on behalf of the team.

● Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies.

● Develop and maintain financial models to aid in decision-making processes.

● Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations for business improvement.

● Work closely with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.

● Collaborate with creative and financial teams to ensure alignment and integration of ideas.

● Communicate effectively with clients to gather necessary information and deliver exceptional service.

● Act as a liaison between different departments, fostering a collaborative and cohesive work environment.

● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

● Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, with a focus on bookkeeping.

● Familiarity with financial modeling and analysis.

● Proficiency in bookkeeping software and financial tools.

● Strong organizational and time-management skills.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

● Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.

● Understanding of the creative and financial aspects of business operations.
