What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- At least 1-5 years of experience in loyalty program management, analysis, or a related field.
- Exceptional presentation skills, convey complex ideas in an accessible and engaging manner. Bring complex ideas to life captivating your audience and leaving them eager to learn more.
- Creative thinking and design skills; work must not just be eye-catching; it's strategically crafted to serve a specific purpose and leave a lasting impression.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint).
Nice to Have:
- Strong interpersonal skills required to effectively communicate.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
What will you do?
- Become a loyalty program expert. You'll research industry best practices, analyse customer behaviour, and reward usage, and evaluate program effectiveness. Your work will help us refine our programs and make them even more rewarding for our customers.
- Develop and deliver high-quality presentations that effectively communicate insights and recommendations to internal teams and external clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business goals and gather information for analysing and presenting loyalty programs.
- Provide recommendations for enhancing loyalty program strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Ensure all presentations and reports are accurate, timely, and align with company branding and standards.
