Responsibilities:
- Manage and co-ordinate day-to-day activities for sales department such as preparing quotation, tenders, sales agreement/ orders, sales report and etc.
- Handle sales processing activities and documentation, filing important documents and communicating relevant information to respective sales manager and personnel.
- Responsible for PO and PR checking and approval.
- Understanding and filtering webpage enquires such as customer need and requirements before forwarding to direct sales team to follow up.
- Responding to and handling of complaints and queries from customers in a courteous, enthusiastic manner and provide after-sales support when requested.
- Monitoring of all sales team’s productivity status, scheduling or appointments and inform management of any shortcomings.
- Liaise with related departments for the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
- Preparation of business correspondence eg. letters, email, minutes of meeting.
- Assist Sales Manager for scheduling and events coordination, meeting and follow up.
Requirements:
- Possess a Diploma/ Degree in Business Administrative or equivalent.
- Advanced skills in MS Word and Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- 2 years of relevant working experience. However fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Aggressive, self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure.
- Good customer service skills including exceptional verbal and written communication skills with problem solving capability.
