Responsibilities:
- Responsible for installing and commissioning, modifying and upgrading of company product equipment such as Information & Infrastructure Technology system hardware, software, network and related services according to checklist and procedures.
- Managing and troubleshooting of system breakdown.
- Troubleshooting and field testing of medical systems.
- Provide training, quality and responsive technical support to customers.
- Perform standby duties, identify causes of equipment breakdown and undertake routine or performance linked maintenance.
- Maintaining proper records of all relevant service related information necessary for the job, for management and general planning.
- Ensure high-level of customer satisfaction through prompt solutions for their problems.
Requirements:
- Possess a Degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent.
- MUST possess own car transport and willing to travel out of office and/or outstation.
- Minimum 3 years working experience in IT Support.
- Possess experience in supporting VMware and Windows Active Directory environment would be added advantage.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision coupled with strong integrity skill.
- Team player with good organization, interpersonal and communication skill.
