Position : Executive Assistant
Working Hours : M-F 7:00AM to 3:00PM EST/ 8:00PM to 4:00AM PHT
Salary range : 1000 to 1200 USD
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Admin Work:
- Running payroll
- Managing to dos/meeting notes
- helping managing customer support
- Drafting emails
- Pay outstanding bills/balances,
- Organize
Technical:
- Pull and track financials for the organization
- Modify html email template for new content
- Put together a mailchimp marketing sequence.
Research
- Work on researching certain domains (eg find 3 religious coaching online programs, their model and pricing)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the role
- Above average to excellent written and communication skills; minor accent is acceptable
- Tools: ADP (big plus for invoicing), Google Workspace, and Google Sheets & Excel (proficient)
- Seeking a candidate that is highly communicative, proactive, enthusiastic,
- Willing to learn new things quickly
- Able to put together good quality research
