Learning and Development Specialist (Senior BPO Trainer)

PTW, a gaming services company, is looking for a talented L&D professional to join at an exciting phase. This is a stand-alone role for a start-up entity in the Philippines.

The Learning and Development Specialist (L&D Specialist) will focus New Hire Training and Job specific trainings as needed by the Operations team. The L&D Specialist will learn and implement the process flow to ensure building skills, upskilling, and drive performance metrics aligned with PTW organization goals.

Content Design and Development:

  • Coordinate with the Content team to design course materials as per training/event requirements.
  • Develop modules and course material based on the designs.
  • Create and adapt curriculum for a variety of audiences and learning delivery methods.
  • Develop complementary training materials that enhance learning options, including participant and leader guides, manuals, reference cards and certifications.
  • Modify programs as and when required.
  • Ensure available contents meets the process standards.

Coordination:

  • Manage and coordinate training enrolments.
  • Design, prepare and order educational aids and materials as and when required.
  • Act as the SME within the business for anyone with questions or queries regarding New Hire Training and development plans.
  • Develop and maintain organizational communications such as bulletin boards and newsletters. to ensure employees have knowledge of training and development events and resources.
  • Gather feedback from trainers and trainees after each educational session.

Delivery:

  • Deliver New Hire Training.
  • Deliver Refresher Training.
  • Deliver basic and intermediate modules for developmental trainings as assigned by the lead/manager.

Evaluation:

  • During recruitment completes L&D rounds as per the process.
  • Analyse training feedback (L1, L2, L3) and create reports.

  • A bachelor’s degree preferably. In absence of a degree needs to hold at least two (2) years of work experience as a voice coach or a trainer in the BPO sector. Should have relevant certification in training/linguistic/coaching domains.
  • With advance level discourse and comprehension – Written and Verbal
  • Basic Excel skills , vlook up, h lookup and Power point presentation
