Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm CST (11pm-7am PHT)
Salary Range: 1600 - 1700 USD/month (to be assessed and approved by the client based on the candidate’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities)
About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and experienced SEO Strategist to join our team and spearhead the development and execution of innovative SEO strategies. You will be responsible for leading the planning, implementation, and optimization of SEO initiatives for both our clients and internal projects. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will leverage your expertise to drive organic traffic, enhance search engine rankings, and improve overall online performance. Your role will encompass a blend of technical SEO, content optimization, and strategic planning, with a focus on delivering measurable results.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive SEO audits and analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and execute effective SEO strategies tailored to the unique needs of each client.
- Perform keyword research and analysis to identify relevant target keywords and phrases.
- Optimize website content, metadata, and internal linking structure to enhance search visibility.
- Monitor and analyze website performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with content creators to develop high-quality, engaging content aligned with SEO objectives.
- Assist with reporting and analysis of SEO performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Provide creative input and strategic guidance for utilizing content across social media channels.
- At least 4 years of experience as an SEO Strategist or a similar role.
- Proven track record in SEO with experience working with larger companies (minimum $5 million in revenue).
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in SEO tools and software.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
- Self-starter mentality with a proactive approach to problem-solving and goal achievement.
- Experience in content writing and familiarity with multi-location businesses preferred.
- Nice to Have:
- Experience in setting up and establishing SEO departments or initiatives.
- Familiarity with tools for social media management and content distribution.
- Background in digital marketing or related fields.
