About the Role

This role is pivotal in creating a positive and nurturing culture, that allows team members to grow both personally and professionally.

The duties and responsibilities of the Performance Coach are;

  • Be an ambassador and role model of 5 ELK’s values
  • Reviewing daily productivity reports
  • Conducting one-on-one individual catchups with team members weekly
  • Documenting feedback and any action plans
  • Escalating queries or concerns to the most appropriate department
  • Conducting performance coaching sessions where appropriate
  • Facilitating team member appraisals
  • Maintaining employee records (including pre-employment, leaves, and ongoing feedback)
  • Notifying clients of any attendance matters (vacation leave, sick leave, etc)
  • Answering inbound calls through the 5 ELK hotline

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the internal team with new initiatives and projects
  • Identifying areas for process improvement
  • Promote and enhance the interests and reputation of 5 ELK
  • Bachelor's Degree in Management or relevant leadership experience;
  • Good command of English and excellent communication skills;
  • Analytical and have high attention to detail;
  • Ability to manage the individual needs of multiple team members
  • Ability to handle strictly confidential information
  • Passionate about process and innovation
  • Genuine ability to build rapport easily and quickly
  • Ability to communicate at all levels with empathy and professionalism
  • Ability to take on feedback and grow within a team
  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
