Position: Inside Sales Representative
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm can be PST, EST, or CST(will depend on the area you will be targeting)
Salary Range: 1,000-1,200 USD/month (open to 1,300-1,500 USD if experience exceeds our client’s expectations)
Holidays: US Holidays

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Cold calling and appointment setting
- Deal with prospects of our clients
- Execute high volume of outbound sales calls and conduct very high-quality sales conversations.
- Make calls to executives to try to book meetings for our executive sales team.
- At least 2 years of experience
- Flawless and rockstar communication skills
- High energy and output
- Highly coachable
- Hungry (performance-based bonuses included)
- Executive/consultative sales style (talking to executives)
Bonus scheme: To be finalized byt the client but to give you some idea...
The client's business gets paid by their own clients based on performance, you'll get included on that.
1-3% of closed revenue per quarter would be the bonus. So, if you and the client close $100,000 in revenue as a result of the meetings they set, they would get 1-3% of that as a bonus on top of their salary.
