Job Title: Business Operations/Admin Generalist 

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9AM-6PM BST / 5PM - 2AM PH Time

Salary: $800 - $1000

  • Assist in financial record reconciliation and manage annual filings for various entities
  • Support document processing for legal requirements and liaise with external parties like notaries
  • Handle approvals related to KYC, AML, and KYB procedures
  • Invoicing and Certificates: Chasing invoices and issuing S/EIS3 certs. Additionally, managing the setup of refunds, requesting bank details, and processing refunds
  • Exit Management: Conducting exit calculations, creating exit PDFs, and distributing them to investors. You’ll also manage the setup of wires for returning money to investors
  • Filing and Expenses: Handling PFIC/FATCA filings and chasing unsubmitted Revolut expenses. Also, processing invoices and setting up wire transfers

  • You're Detail-Oriented: Your ability to pay meticulous attention to small details is crucial, especially when it comes to tasks like reconciling payments, handling filings, and managing various documents
  • You’re highly conscientious: Your commitment to thoroughness and precision sets you apart, ensuring that every task is approached with a conscientious mindset
  • You're Organized: Given the diverse set of responsibilities, you excel in efficiently managing tasks, meeting deadlines, and prioritizing what is most important for successful outcomes
  • You're a Brilliant Communicator: Whether in written or verbal form, you understand the importance of effective and clear communication in all aspects of the role
  • You're Adaptable and a Fast Learner: While we don't expect you to have prior experience in these specific responsibilities, your capacity to adapt to new processes, regulations, and tools with the right coaching is essential
  • You Take the Initiative: You proactively approach your tasks, demonstrating a willingness to take on whatever is required, particularly when priorities shift. Your proactive stance contributes to the success of the team and the organisation.
