Position: Assistant Revenue Manager
Monthly Salary: Up to 1,600 USD/month (Depending on the interview result and client’s approval)
Working Hours: Tuesday to Saturday, 9 am to 5 pm Eastern Time
Holidays: Some US Holidays
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective revenue management strategies.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify revenue growth opportunities.
- Analyze data and financial reports to assess revenue performance.
- Ensure listing ratings and status are in a good position.
- Forecast revenue trends and make recommendations based on pro forma targets.
- Identify areas for improvement in revenue processes and implement enhancements.
- Utilize revenue management tools and software to enhance efficiency.
- Perform property analysis reports.
- Carry out tasks given by the Rev Manager Lead.
- Develop pricing recommendations based on market trends and property performance.
- At least 2 years of experience is required (as an Assistant Revenue Manager in the hospitality industry; Short Term Rentals preferred)
- Proficiency with Google Suite - especially Google Sheets & Google Drive
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Familiarity with revenue management software/tools.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving revenue targets.
- Ability to adapt to changing market dynamics.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
- Highly organized, documentation-oriented
- Strategic and mental agility
- Proficient understanding of American cultural and societal norms
- Excellent internet speed with backup to ensure BCP (Business Continuity Plan)
- Excellent communication and writing skills are preferred
Plus / Good to Have:
- Someone who has worked with OTA (Online Travel Agencies) such as Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, Etc.
- Someone who takes criticism as constructive rather than negative.
- Background in Property Management
- A Communications Degree is a plus
