What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
- Thorough understanding of key IT concepts and familiarity with network infrastructure
- Ability to manage multiple personality types and cultivate buy-in from various departments
- Ability to manage multiple ongoing engagements and work under tight deadlines
- Ability to think critically
- Ability to work well with a team in high-pressure situations
Nice to have:
- Formal training or certifications pertaining to project management, e.g., PMP, CAPM, Project+, ITIL, Prince2
- Familiarity with ticketing systems, e.g., AutoTask, ConnectWise, TrackIT, FootPrints
- Experience with IT-monitoring tools, e.g., N-able, Kaseya, SolarWinds
What will you do?
- Participating in all managed services calls with clients and account managers.
- Reviewing managed service tasks/upgrades, and open tickets.
- Conducting kickoff meetings/calls for onboarding new clients and coordinating all tasks throughout.
- Providing accurate, timely, and detailed documentation of all technical and client-care issues.
- Facilitating communication—at regular intervals—between clients, account managers, engineers, and management.
- Acting as an internal liaison between various departments, including executive management, engineering, sales, administration, and technical writing.
- Cultivating client relationships through phone calls and proactive service offerings.
