The Senior Performance Marketing Specialist will play a crucial role in managing overall performance marketing strategy for demand generation in order to drive conversions in the customer funnel at optimal costs per acquisition.
What you’ll be doing:
- Develop and oversee overall performance marketing strategy for existing and new verticals
- Create and manage social media advertising and paid listings on third party websites and media partners such as, but not limited to, Google Ads, Meta, Youtube, Instagram, and Tiktok
- Ensure top organic search ranking positions (SEO & SEM)
- Manage performance marketing analytics with the help of analytics tools such as Google Analytics to track and measure all marketing campaigns
- Conduct regular conversion rate optimisation and execute A/B tests, user testing to improve conversion rates across the brands’ digital channels and assets
- Effectively communicate analyses by developing reports or visualization dashboards (demand funnel, budgeting, campaign impact, awareness, events, and strategic KPIs)
- Work with creative and marketing teams to test strategies and improve on ad performance
- Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising
- At least 3 years experience in Performance Marketing profession
- Well-versed in Performance Marketing, Google Analytics, Meda Ads, SEO, SEM, Paid Search, Affiliate Marketing, Social Media
