Responsibilities
- Conduct end to end cycle of recruitment
- Develop, initiate, and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified healthcare professionals
- Provide recruiting expertise services to support the business needs of respective clients and make a difference in people's lives by putting them to work in the right industry that matches their qualifications.
- Work closely with US-based healthcare companies to understand their talent needs and develop an efficient strategy to fill those needs
- Review and screen resumes to identify and shortlist best-fit candidates
- Conduct phone and virtual interviews to verify candidate qualifications
- Handle all aspects of hiring, including issuing offer letters and negotiating salaries
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to meet current and future business needs
- Keep records of all candidate interactions and maintain accurate records to track hiring progress
- Strong experience in healthcare recruiting, preferably in the US market
- At least 1 year experience in US healthcare recruiting
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare industry recruitment practices, strategies, and trends
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment and maintain a sense of urgency
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently with a remote team environment
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases
- Amenable to work in a graveyard shift
