LOOKING FOR FILIPINO CITIZENS BASED IN THE PHILIPPINES

Position: Graphic Designer

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm PST

Salary Range: $1,500/month

Key Responsibilities:

    • Conceptualize and create designs, layouts, and typography using and protecting our core brand standards and guidelines.
    •  Design mock-ups for a large variety of design projects – social media/digital posts and banners, print ads, print collateral, HTML emails, landing pages, blogs, trade show booths, PowerPoint presentations, newsletters, infographics, video editing, and more.
    • Proofread, packaged, and preflight final assets for release to internal and external partners.
    • Collaborate and brainstorm with the marketing team on content development.
    • Follow and protect the integrity of file standards, management, and organization.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging design tools/software to keep the brand current and competitive.
    • Manage and curate digital assets such as photos, videos, icons, and logos.
    • Guide best design practices and lead design training sessions for the marketing team.
    • Track, analyze, and report the performance of various design projects, making recommendations for improvements when necessary.
    • Ensure responsive design across all platforms, ensuring consistency and usability.
    • Create and maintain a brand style guide that encapsulates design, typography, color, and content guidelines.

    • A bachelor’s degree in design or marketing is preferable.
    • 5+ years of experience in design, marketing, or advertising.
    • Strong social media and online marketing skills.
    • A portfolio showcasing diverse projects and demonstrating a straightforward design process.
    • Full working knowledge of Google Drive, Canva, Adobe CC, Microsoft Office, GSuite, and other programs.
    • Knowledge of web content management systems like WordPress, Wix, or Squarespace.
    • An understanding of SEO, HTML, and CSS is a bonus.
    • Understanding of UX/UI design principles.
    • High level of knowledge in the printing process, including finishing.
    • Experience with luxury clientele.
    • Open to receiving constructive criticism and feedback to make necessary adjustments.
    • Demonstrated ability to adhere to deadlines and handle pressure without compromising work quality.
    • A positive personality and excellent communication skills.
