Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive
Work Hours: M-F; 9:00 AM-5:00 PM UK Time/5:00 PM-1:00 AM PH Time (Can be flexible moving forward)
Salary: 800-1,100 USD per month
Duties and Responsibilities:
Email Marketing:
- Plan, develop, and execute email marketing campaigns to promote our courses, programs, and fundraising initiatives.
- Create compelling email content, subject lines, and calls-to-action to maximize engagement and conversion rates.
- Monitor and analyze email campaign performance, tracking key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
- Implement improvements based on data-driven insights.
AdWords Management:
- Manage our Google AdWords account, including keyword research, campaign setup, ad creation, and bid optimization.
- Continuously monitor and optimize ad performance to improve click-through rates and return on ad spend.
- Conduct A/B testing to identify the most effective ad variations and landing pages.
Social Media Management:
- Develop and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms, including Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Create engaging and shareable content to drive brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries and comments, and proactively engage with the community.
- Stay up to date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
Content Creation:
- Generate high-quality content, including graphics, images, and videos, for use across various digital channels.
- Create and edit compelling reel videos for Instagram and TikTok, showcasing our work and impact.
- Design visually appealing graphics for social media posts, the website, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with the team to develop creative ideas and concepts for content that aligns with our brand identity and objectives.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Above Average to Excellent written and communication skills; minor accent is acceptable.
- Tools: Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, MailChimp, Canva, Google Ad Words (must have), and Google Ad Grants (big plus).
- Proven experience in digital marketing, specifically in email marketing, AdWords management, and social media management.
- Proficiency in using email marketing tools, AdWords platforms, and social media management tools.
- Strong knowledge of best practices for email marketing, including segmentation, personalization, and automation.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, algorithms, and content optimization techniques.
- Experience in creating engaging social media content, including reels videos, and graphics.

- A quick learner who can quickly grasp the landscape of education in the UK and has an understanding of who they're marketing to.
- Creative flair and attention to detail when designing graphics and videos.
