What you’ll be doing:
- Responsible for pick-up and delivery of documents, materials, and other items between offices and establishments
- Processes permits, licenses, certifications, and other similar documents as needed (c/o Admin, HR, Finance & Legal)
- Check writing docs and deposit checks (c/o finance)
- Performs other tasks as may be assigned by the immediate superior.
- Ensures that he understands the instructions of his immediate superior before doing the assigned task.
- Ensures that all instructions and documents are complete before leaving the office.
- Notify the line manager of deliveries that could not be completed.
- Ensure all assigned tasks are completed for the day.
- Maintain a polite and helpful demeanor while he carries out the job.
- Must have own motorcycle
- Preferably who has 1-2 yrs experience processing government documents
- Willing to work in Makati
