What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
- Must have at least 2-3 years relevant experience in Financial Trading.
- Basic knowledge of trading concepts and financial markets.
- Technical proficiency to navigate and troubleshoot customer issues.
- Ideally be familiar with similar trading platforms.
- Proficient in English; German language skills are advantageous.
- Experience in using Slack and Zendesk are advantageous.
- JIRA experience is essential.
Nice to Have:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to address customer issues.
What will you do?
1. Customer Support:
- Provide swift and professional responses to inquiries, whether they come via email, chat, or any other communication channel.
- Offer assistance to clients, ensuring their inquiries regarding orders, sales, platform navigation, and account-related matters are addressed promptly and effectively through chat and email interactions.
2. Technical Knowledge:
- Display a solid grasp of trading concepts and financial markets.
- Stay up-to-date with product updates and industry trends in order to offer clients precise and up-to-date information.
3. Tool Proficiency:
- Utilize customer support tools like Zendesk and seamlessly collaborate with the team on platforms such as TradersYard and Slack to efficiently resolve client issues and manage requests using Jira.
- Possess a deep understanding of the company's trading platform, to effectively troubleshoot issues, analyze logs, and leverage knowledge bases in order to empower users.
- Embrace the use of AI tools like ChatGPT and actively contribute to our knowledge base on Gitbook, while confidently managing licenses and data through the admin panel.
4. Issue Escalation:
- Raise any concerns you have with B2B Broker Support and provide detailed information when necessary to escalate them to QA.
- Work closely with internal teams, such as QA, to ensure a coordinated effort in promptly and efficiently resolving any issues.
5. Communication:
- Build strong communication and collaboration, bringing clients and internal experts together through transparent and concise information.
