The Product Supervisor will be responsible for supporting the manager in project coordination, data analysis, and reporting related to our Tech product initiatives. This position will report directly to the Product Coordination Manager.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Supports the Product Team in project coordination, communication, and documentation for Tech Product initiatives in QIMA and our acquisition.
- Collects, compiles, and analyzes project-related data and feedback from stakeholders to generate insightful reports and presentations on project progress.
- Tracks and set-up key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the success and performance of Tech product initiatives.
- Organizes and delivers user training sessions, ensuring a clear understanding of Tech product functionality and providing ongoing user support.
- Drives and coordinates project activities, including scheduling meetings, allocating resources, and diligently tracking deliverables to ensure seamless project execution.
- Spearheads change management initiatives and leads the charge in proposing innovative solutions to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
