- A minimum of 6 months of experience as a Customer Representative is required.
- Possesses strong communication and written skills
- Familiarity with MS Office applications such as MS Word and Excel is advantageous
- Prior experience and proficiency in using the QuickBooks application are preferred
- Capable of adapting to a fast-paced training environment
