Position: Sales Development Representative 2
Schedule: Monday- Friday 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM Pacific Standard Time Zone
Salary Range: $800 - $1,500
Responsibilities:
- Reach out to potential leads and assist them in the registration process using the provided script.
- Daily contact with leads on the assigned list, with a goal of making 75-100 calls per day.
- Diligently update HubSpot records with notes related to lead interactions.
- Communicate with other team members through Slack for questions or clarifications regarding the sales process.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Above-average to excellent communication skills; a minor accent is acceptable.
- Proficiency in using HubSpot, Slack, Google Workspace, and Office 365.
- Comfortable making 75-100 calls daily to potential leads.
- Adept at conducting video calls with clients for feedback and practice simulations.
- Highly dedicated to adhering to the provided script during interactions with leads.
- Preferred candidates will have experience in the insurance or financial services industry, including credit cards, insurance, banking, mortgages, or real estate, to ensure familiarity with product vocabulary and workflow.
