We are looking for a Customer Support to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for various duties and responsibilities, including:
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handle guest communication, including managing guest purchases and addressing guest issues
- Perform data entry tasks
- Communicate with guests via phone, addressing their inquiries and concerns
- Maintain an outgoing personality and positive attitude in interactions with guests
- Minimum of 1 year experience in property management or customer support/service
- Proficient in guest communication, including handling guest purchases, interacting with guests, and resolving guest issues
- Must be comfortable in doing data entry tasks
- Effective verbal communication on the phone with guests
- Strong work ethic as a hard worker and a team player
- Possesses an outgoing personality and maintains a positive attitude
- Previous experience in short-term rental management is advantageous but not mandatory
- Computer proficiency, specifically in Google Suite and Microsoft Office 365
- Requires a strong and reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 25-50 Mbps
