We are an Airbnb-type property management company based in California. We're seeking an Operations Manager to hire, with managerial experience in real estate property management. Our current team of 4 is fully based in the Philippines. Experience with Airbnb is a bonus but not required. Self-guided and self-initiating operational personality/mindset required.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Someone who can bring stability to a team in the form of a manager
- Auditing, and checking the performance of the maintenance team
- Develop and implement various KPIs to measure and evaluate the performance
- Ensure that established KPIs are met and exceeded through continuous improvement initiatives.
- Oversee and ensure the cleanliness of units, maintaining high standards of hygiene and appearance.
- Implement organizational strategies to streamline maintenance processes.
- At least 3 years of relevant managerial-level experience.
- Must have real estate experience at a managerial level.
- United States real estate property manager experience preferred but not required.
- Tools: Open to any that candidates are skilled in to bring order to the team, Microsoft (i.e. Excel) and Windows also would be preferred.
- 99.9% uptime internet connection at your place of work.
- Personality and knack for “operations”.
- Someone who can approach the problem creatively and calmly, and simplify complex issues with straightforward solutions.
