Job Title: Sales & Operations Planning Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to fill the role of Sales and Operations Planning Coordinator. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless coordination between sales and operations teams, optimizing inventory management, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our supply chain processes.
Main Responsibilities:
Demand Planning:
- Collaborate with sales teams to gather accurate and timely demand forecasts.
- Analyze historical sales data and market trends to make informed demand projections.
Inventory Management:
- Develop and maintain inventory plans to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Coordinate with the operations team to manage stock replenishments and minimize excess inventory.
Communication and Collaboration:
- Act as a liaison between the sales, commerce, and operations teams to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to align strategies and resolve any discrepancies.
Process Improvement:
- Identify areas for process optimization within the sales and operations planning cycle.
- Propose and implement enhancements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales and operations planning or a related role.
- Proven experience in sales and operations planning, demand forecasting, and inventory management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using planning and ERP software.
