Position                                           : Property Management Specialist

Work Hours                                    : M-F 8AM – 5PM Mountain time/ 11PM – 8AM Philippine time

Pay Range                                       : 800 – 1,500 USD per month

Our client in the US is a property rental company. They provide a premier destination for unparalleled short-term rental experiences in the scenic beauty of Colorado Springs. Nestled in the heart of the vibrant city, they offer a carefully curated selection of properties to provide a home away from home experience for travelers seeking comfort, convenience, and a touch of luxury.

They pride themselves on delivering more than just accommodation; they offer an immersive experience tailored to every client's unique preferences. Whether clients are in town for business, leisure, or a special occasion, thoughtfully designed rentals cater to the needs of every modern traveler

Key duties/responsibilities: 

Vendor Management:

  • Coordinate with various vendors, including cleaning services, maintenance teams, and property suppliers.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness and high-quality services.
  • Oversee vendor performance and address any issues promptly.

 

Purchasing and Inventory:

  • Manage inventory levels of supplies and amenities for each property.
  • Source and purchase supplies, furnishings, and equipment as needed.
  • Monitor and control expenses related to property management.

 

Scheduling and Coordination:

  • Create and maintain schedules for property maintenance, cleaning, and other tasks.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Implement efficient scheduling practices to optimize property turnover and guest satisfaction.

 

Guest Communication:

  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and issues.
  • Provide clear and detailed information to guests regarding check-in procedures, property amenities, and local recommendations.
  • Manage guest reviews and feedback to enhance the guest experience.

  • 2-3 years of proven experience in property management, preferably in the short-term rental industry.
  • Familiarity with platforms like Guesty, Airtable, and Charge Automation.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain vendor relationships.
  • Problem-solving mindset and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
