Roles and Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and professionally
- Provide accurate and detailed information about our products/services to customers
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate departments
- Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Maintain customer records and update relevant information in the system
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve overall customer experience
- Meet or exceed individual and team targets
- At least 6 months CSR experience Voice accountÂ
- Good written and verbal English communication skills
- Amenable to work ONSITE in Mandaluyong
- OK to work on night shifts, with overtime whenever needed
