- Read the logbook daily and take appropriate actions as deemed necessary.
- Coordinate with the Front Office Team for any last-minute transportation and generates transportation report for the day and the next day.
- Monitor airport transportation of the guests. Check the Flight Number and details of the guests and ensure that guest will be picked-up on time.
- Has a thorough knowledge of the Concierge services, Airport Terminals, Flight Codes and Concierge reporting.
- Welcomes and escort VIP and regular guests and assist luggage to the guest’s rooms.
- Ensure that guests concerns are being attended to and addressed on a timely manner.
- Check VIP Levels for all arriving VIPs with Transportation requests
- Male
- Not more than 40 years old
- With experience is an advantage, fresh graduate can apply.
- With pleasing personality
- Good Communication Skills
- With Driver’s License
