What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
- Taking up Information Technology or any related courses
- Background in IT Infrastructure
- Knowledge in Desktop Support
- Hardware and Software Troubleshooting
Nice to Have:
- Customer interface skills
- Interpersonal communication skills
What will you do?
- Assist staff in performing system backup and maintenance functions.
- Assist network and hardware troubleshooting.
- Assist in updating user and technical documentation.
- Run calls to troubleshoot desktop and PC problems.
- Provide help desk support to staff requiring technical assistance.
- Assist with building and deploying desktop computers and laptops for deployment.
- Other responsibilities as directed by supervisor.
