Position: Executive Assistant (Full-time)

Salary: 1000-1500 USD/month (depends on skills and years of experience)

Working Hours: M-F 8am to 4pm EST (9pm-5am Philippine Time)

About the Role:

We are looking for an organized and experienced Executive Assistant to partner closely with our CEO and other senior leaders in a long-term capacity.  

In this role, you will support the CEO and senior leaders with core administrative tasks (scheduling, travel, expenses, planning company events, etc.) as well as assist with preparing PowerPoint/Google Slides presentations, organizing meetings, setting agendas and tracking follow-up tasks.

The right person for this role is a self-starter proficient in multi-tasking and anticipating opportunities to be helpful. Problem solving and attention to detail are an absolute must, as are good instincts and exercising high judgment in uncertain situations. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are critical as well.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage heavy calendar load, schedule internal and external meetings, and ensure efficient time management by setting meeting agendas and tracking follow-up tasks.
  • Make travel arrangements and prepare itineraries and expense reports.
  • Assist in the preparation of documents necessary for meetings (e.g., PowerPoint/Google Slides presentations, informational one-sheets, basic research)
  • Working hours will be Monday-Friday, EST time zone
  • 3+ years experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally at a start-up or high-growth company
  • Strong communication skills, particularly written
  • Skilled with Google Slides/Sheets and Office suite
  • Strong attention to detail and highly organized
