Salary: P28,000 to P30,000 (Monthly Package)
Schedule: 3 days/week (20 hours in a week)
What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
- 3-5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- At least 1-year experience handling IT services in either USA, UK, or AU.
- Excellent communication skills.
Nice to Have:
- Proficient in different job portals such as LinkedIn, Seek, etc.
- Preferably has experience recruiting IT and Non-IT roles.
- Understanding of any Applicant Tracking System.
- Exposure in multiple markets.
What will you do?
Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative assistance to the recruitment team, including scheduling interviews, managing calendars, and maintaining candidate databases.
- Prepare and organize recruitment-related documents, such as job descriptions, interview templates, and feedback forms.
Candidate Screening:
- Review resumes and applications to ensure they meet minimum qualifications.
- Perform searches (using Talent Pool criteria provided/created) on LinkedIn Recruiter to form shortlists, and “hide” candidates that are not suitable.
- Conduct initial screenings of candidates through phone or email communication.
Interview Coordination:
- Arrange logistics for interviews, candidate briefings for shortlisted candidates including booking meeting rooms and coordinating virtual interviews.
Communication and Correspondence:
- Serve as a point of contact for candidates, providing information about the recruitment process and responding to inquiries.
- Communicate with hiring managers and team members regarding interview schedules and candidate updates.
Candidate Pipeline Management:
- Maintain and update candidate databases and Prevue applicant tracking systems.
- Transfer shortlisted candidates (defined by statuses) from posted roles to Talent Pool.
- Reset any interrupted Prevue assessments and email candidates.
Employer Branding:
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives by assisting in the creation of recruitment marketing materials.
