Primary Responsibility
- Responsible for beefing up client base through scouting for potential clients and making actual sales transactions, expanding business with clients, and providing market information to help in developing marketing and sales plans and targets
Specific Responsibilities
- Presents, offers, follow up and make sales transactions for SGS CBE services.
- Prepares sales reports detailing prospective and existing client base and the progress of sales efforts and continuing projects.
- Increases client base by scouting for potential clients and maintaining assigned accounts through identification of their needs, packaging services that would best fulfill their requirements, and making successful sales transactions.
- Communicates client problems, complaints and other requirements through monthly reports.
- Performs other related duties as may be assigned either in support of departmental goal or for his/her personal or professional training, education or development as programmed by his/her immediate superior.
- Negotiation with clients within his/her authorities and/or in consultation with the senior managers.
- Requisition for financial support subject to approval of authorities concerned.
- Ensures compliance to the Group and national policies including but not limited to the maintenance of the Quality Management System.
- Operating to the highest standards of ethics, in accordance with the SGS Code of Integrity.
