Position: Virtual Assistant (Full-time)

Responsibilities:
- Restaurant Operations
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to customer inquiries via email, phone, and social media.
- Assist with restaurant reservations, ensuring accurate and timely bookings.
- Handle basic HR tasks such as scheduling staff shifts and addressing employee inquiries.
- Maintain a positive and professional rapport with customers, addressing concerns and providing relevant information.
2. Ferry Operations
- Manage customer service inquiries through the Ferry app and WhatsApp.
- Support customers with ferry bookings, schedule information, and address any travel-related queries.
- Handle basic accounting tasks, including tracking expenses and reconciling financial records.
- Oversee basic website and app backend management for Cayman Ferries, ensuring information is up-to-date and addressing technical issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth ferry services and address customer feedback.
- Strong communication skills and customer-centric approach.
- Organizational skills for managing reservations and schedules.
- Basic understanding of HR procedures and accounting principles.
- Familiarity with the ferry app, WhatsApp, and basic website/app backend management.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, reservations, or a similar role.
- Basic knowledge of restaurant operations, ferry services, and website/app backend management.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for HR, accounting, and website/app management.
