Position: Content Coordinator & Editor
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9AM - 5PM Eastern Time Zone
Salary Range: 1000-1500 USD/ month (Depending on the interview result and the client's approval)
As our Content Coordinator & Editor, you will be at the forefront of our content management operations, serving as the linchpin between raw creative talent and their digital showcase. Your role is pivotal in collecting, refining, and managing a rich array of content, including video, imagery, and written material. You are not just handling content; you are sculpting the digital presence of each artist, ensuring their portfolio is not only visible but resonates with the audience it deserves.
Key Responsibilities:
- Asset Management: Diligently collect, manage, and organize content from a diverse pool of talent.
- Content Refinement: Edit, compress, and reformat content to ensure it's primed for our Content Management System (CMS).
- CMS Integration: Meticulously input and manage content within our CMS, ensuring every piece is showcased to its maximum potential.
- Profile Crafting: Utilize tools like ChatGPT to craft compelling and engaging profiles for our artists.
- Artist Coordination: Collaborate closely with artists, ensuring all information is accurate, current, and aligns with their creative vision.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all content meets our platform's high standards, both in terms of aesthetics and technical requirements.
Must-Have Skills:
- Organizational Prowess: Exceptional organizational skills to manage and track down assets from various sources.
- Technical Savvy: Proficiency in Figma, After Effects, Premiere, and CMS, enabling you to handle and transform content across formats seamlessly.
