Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manages the team and come up with new ideas on maximizing efficiency and productivity.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate person.
- Delegate work as necessary.
- Meet or exceed individual/team targets
- Will do productive and administrative work
- Handles customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Provide accurate and detailed information about our products and services to customers
- Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective communication and problem-solving skills
- A minimum of 2 year of experience as a Customer Service Team lead is required
- Possesses strong communication and written skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications such as MS Word and Excel is advantageous
- Capable of adapting to a fast-paced training environment
- Must be detail-oriented and displays critical thinking
- With pleasing personality.
- Being an Extrovert is advantageous.
