Schedule: Monday – Friday (08:00 AM - 05:00 PM QLD)
What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience within a similar role
- Highly skilled in Excel
- Great at stakeholder engagement
Nice to Have:
- Working Knowledge of QlikSense (QlikView) is advantageous
- Working knowledge of SAP and BPC is advantageous
What will you do?
- Daily bank uploads
- FX Settlement processing
- Weekly bank reconciliations
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of month-end closing activities
- Manage completeness and accuracy of prepayments register
- Manage a system of controls, procedures and forms for management of fixed assets and leases
- Ensure full compliance with the relevant accounting policies and standards
- Ensure all external and internal reporting deadlines are met
- Management of authorization for expenditure of capital budget
