What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
- Experience in Drafting within Commercial Construction Industry
- Proficient in AutoCAD, drawing take-offs, and detailed computer input
- Skilled at interpreting and analyzing architectural drawings
- Demonstrates exceptional design technology skills and proficiency in MS Word and Excel
- Passionate about providing exceptional customer service, building rapport, and resolving issues efficiently
Nice to Have:
- Payroll creation and processing
- Xero Software
What will you do?
- Interpret architectural drawings and producing shop drawings using AutoCAD.
- Produce and send accurate drawings to the CAD team.
- Ensure drawings are presentable and ready for submission with document transmittals to the builders/clients for their approval prior to manufacture.
- Provide comprehensive support to the design team, including actioning and following up on inquiries.
- Manage all emails for Accounts, Admin and Rentals.
- Monitor team channels and address queries from managers and tradesmen efficiently.
