Job Title: Operations Manager
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM -5:00 PM CST (10 PM - 7:00 AM PH Time)
Salary Range: 900 to 1,500 USD per month
About the Job:
We’re currently in search of an Operations Manager who will partner with the Operations Director with the day-to-day internal operations of the business. The person in this role will utilize Executive Assistant experience to enhance organizational efficiency and success with organizational, problem-solving, and project management skills.
We’re a growing consulting firm based out of Austin, TX, USA that helps enterprise technology companies solve complex commercial problems.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Operations Director to project manage the content editorial process, from drafting to publication.
- Coordinate & package content including proofreading & packaging final drafts, uploading content to Circle, Beehiiv, & LinkeIn, and scheduling content for publication.
- Support the Operations Director with managing accounts receivable.
- Oversee payroll and invoicing processes for accuracy and timeliness.
- Apply numerical and bookkeeping skills for effective financial management. Establish and maintain efficient filing systems.
- Manage executive calendars and email inboxes.
- Expertise in various SaaS platforms for efficient workflow and collaboration.
- Embrace autonomy post-training, making logical decisions and meeting deadlines.
- Desire to learn and execute content generation strategies. Interest in continuous personal and professional improvement.
Minimum Requirements:
- At least 5 years of related experience or equivalent.
- Proficient in using Microsoft 365/Teams, G Suite, Microsoft Office, Outlook, Asana, Gusto, and Canva.
- Experience in using a variety of SaaS platforms.
- Experience with payroll and invoicing processes/ bookkeeping.
- Skilled at executive time management functions such as multiple calendar and email management.
- Proven experience running a content operations process, specifically drafting, packaging, and scheduling.
- 100% fluent in written & spoken English.
- Strong logical faculties & an analytical mind.
- Strong organizational skills & time management abilities.
- Detail and process oriented.
- A solution-first orientation to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- An ability to communicate with top-tier professionals and executives in a professional manner.
- A dependable computer with access to an external monitor (Windows OS is strongly preferred).
- Dependable power connection and high-speed internet + backup hotspot.
- Willingness to log hours and activity in Hubstaff.
- Honesty, and a commitment to candid communication — even when it’s hard.

- Your manager will always be there for you when you need them, but…
- After training/onboarding, you’ll be trusted with a level of autonomy necessary for this role.
- You’ll be expected to hold yourself accountable to deadlines and goals.
- You’ll need to be able to think logically and make good decisions after you’ve settled in.
- We have a policy against logging/billing hours when you aren’t actively working.
- Communicate honestly, clearly, candidly, and in advance whenever possible.
- Communicate if you’re not going to reach 30-40 hours any given week, as soon as you possibly can (i.e. if you’re sick or lose power due to a weather event, please let us know ASAP).
