We are a dynamic and forward-thinking healthcare organization dedicated to providing exceptional care and services via telemedicine. We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Marketing Associate to join our team and support our sales and marketing initiatives. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this role is pivotal in driving sales strategies and executing marketing campaigns to enhance the company's profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns and strategies
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, including Google Ads, Email Marketing, and social media.
  • Assist in market research activities to gain insights into industry trends and customer behavior
  • Create and design marketing materials, including brochures and mailers, by crafting compelling copy and formatting content and graphics
  • Support sales presentations by compiling relevant resources such as proposals, slide decks, and other requested information.
  • Act as a liaison between the Sales and Marketing departments to facilitate seamless communication and timely delivery of materials
  • Coordinate promotional activities, customer events, and attend conferences as required
  • Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud tools (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop) for graphic design work
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud for campaign management is beneficial
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics for tracking and reporting purposes
  • Basic knowledge of SEO optimization and WordPress is a plus
  • Engage in email marketing and social media activities as an added advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or communications is preferred
  • Previous experience in marketing or related roles is advantageous
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including public speaking and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
  • Project management experience is beneficial
  • Ability to pull reports from Google Analytics to monitor campaigns and other marketing initiatives.
