LOOKING FOR FILIPINO CITIZENS BASED IN THE PHILIPPINES

Position: Executive Assistant

Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:30am-4:30pm PST (11:30pm-8:30am PHL)

Salary Range: 900 - 1500 USD/month plus performance bonus (to be assessed and approved by the client based on the candidate’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities)


Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage and triage every email, ensuring timely responses and prioritization
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and appointments for the executive
  • Schedule and organize meetings, both internal and external
  • Attend meetings alongside the executive and take detailed notes
  • Maintain a CRM system of contacts, ensuring all information is up-to-date
  • Handle administrative tasks and time-sensitive life errands
  • Conduct basic bookkeeping and invoicing tasks
  • Prepare contracts for clients and assist in document creation and presentations
  • Develop lead magnets and create handouts for speaking engagements
  • Manage posts and direct messaging on LinkedIn or other social media platforms
  • Create and manage lead funnels, assisting with content creation, email marketing, and posting
  • Perform basic graphic design tasks and assist with basic website editing and improvements
  • Create landing pages and optimize them for conversions
  • Clean up contact databases and CRM systems as needed
  • Assist with data entry or research tasks as required
  • Research vendors, gifts, or service providers as necessary
  • Implement systemization strategies to reduce workloads where needed
  • Familiarity and ability to work with tools such as Copper CRM, Meet Alfred, LinkedIn, ConvertKit, Wave accounting, eSignature, WordPress, and Contacts Plus

  • Proficient English speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working remotely as a Virtual Assistant for a business owner or CEO based in the USA
  • Strong proficiency in GSuite products (Gmail, Google Calendar, Drive, Docs, etc) and Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, etc)
  • Availability to work during US PST business hours
