I. JOB TITLE – Sales and Marketing Representative
II. JOB SUMMARY
The Sales and Marketing Representative leads the development and implementation of the organization’s advertising strategies and activities. He or She must guarantee that marketing operations are successful in reaching the management’s goal.
III. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote the company’s NCLEX-related services.
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities by contacting potential clients, attending industry event, leveraging professional networks.
3. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
4. Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits and features of the company’s offered services.
5. Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing Manager to set and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
6. Monitor market trends, competitors, and client’s feedback to inform and adjust sales strategies as necessary.
7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for sales activities, marketing collaterals, client interactions, and other relevant data using monitoring tools.
8. Coordinate and assist with internal teams, including customer support and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
9. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to maintain knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to the company’s business process.

QUALIFICATION
4.1 Educational/License/Certification
· Graduate of Business, Marketing, Entrepreneurship courses or any relevant degree
4.2 Experience
· At least 6 months to 1 year of sales or marketing experience
4.3 Skills
· A team player with a customer – oriented approach
· Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
· With sales and/or marketing experience or another similar role
· Knowledge of marketing techniques and principles
· Basic understanding of market research techniques, statistical and data analysis methods
· Excellent knowledge of MS Office1
4.4 Others
· Amendable to attend events around Cebu City or Visayas area
· Amendable to work on Saturday and Sunday (if an event falls on weekend)
· Amendable to render overtime (if an event last beyond office hours)
· Willing to be handle other roles such as customer care assistant and other roles related to sales and marketing
