TPS Corp is seeking a highly-driven and experienced Talent Acquisition Officer to join our dynamic HR team. As a Talent Acquisition Officer, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the recruitment and selection process for TPS Corp by attracting and hiring top talent.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, partnering with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, and sourcing and evaluating potential candidates. Moreover, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies and programs to enhance TPS Corp's talent acquisition capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and providing feedback to candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and develop job descriptions
- Utilize various sourcing channels to identify and attract qualified candidates, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events
- Conduct thorough and efficient candidate assessments, including resume screening, interviews, and reference checks
- Provide a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Coordinate and participate in interview panels to assess candidate competence and culture fit
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Officer or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment strategies, tools, and techniques
- Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and performance indicators
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
- Proficient in the use of applicant tracking systems and other HR software tools
