THE CHALLENGE:
Administrative Assistant
- In-charge of procurement all office requirements
- Ensure proper coordination with suppliers/vendors based on needed requirement of the company.
- Working within the allocated budget without compromising the quality of purchase either service or product
- Reports Petty Cash Usage
- Requests Petty Cash Replenishment.
- Consolidates pantry, office and conference room supplies requests every 2nd and 17th of the month for purchase.
- Point person for procurement
YOUR PROFILE:
- Candidate must at least possess a Bachelor’s degree.
- An experience in the same field. With Safety Officer 2 certification and practice experience for a minimum of 1 year.
- Attended DPO briefings and basic knowledge on Pollution Control.
- Tech savvy, Adept in MS applications especially Excel and Powerpoint Keen to details and can keep confidential information Determined, self-motivated and team player.
- Works with Integrity.
- Required Language: English, Filipino, able to communicate clearly with others both verbally and in writing.
- With residence near the office location, and willing to work on night shifts.
