- Provides assistance to QSP Supervisor in ensuring that the Pilmico Food Group guidelines & policies for systems and processes as well as External Interested Parties (e.g. customer and legal requirements) are implemented and up to date.
- Works with the departments on their analysis and compliance to the established systems and processes, ensuring that overall performance is reported, recorded and monitored.
- Gives assistance to QSP Supervisor in maintaining that objectives of established systems and processes are aligned to the Context & Strategic direction of the organization through regular monitoring and verification.
- Collaborates with different departments in the review, implementation and maintenance of the Integrated Management Systems, as applicable.
- Monitors if the resources needed for the sustained & effective operation of the established food safety and quality systems & processes are provided and made available.
- Engages and Supports stakeholders to contribute to the effectiveness of the Food Safety and quality systems and processes.
- Supports Team Leader in promoting improvements of the established Food Safety and Quality systems and processes to other teams.
- Performs process, food safety and quality audits for various business processes.
- Ensures that departmental issues regarding Food Safety systems and processes are resolved effectively and without undue delays. Page 1 of 5
- Conducts training on food safety and quality systems & processes to all relevant stakeholders.
- Supports Corporate Quality plans on suppliers’ and service providers’ audits.
- Coordinates with Team Leader to ensure that actual expenses of the department is within the approved annual budget.
- Participates and contributes to the department’s scheduled operational planning.
- Provides assistance to QSP Supervisor on the E-docs and i-Care Management.
FOOD SAFETY:
- Complies with Quality, Halal, health and food safety policy, standards and regulations of the company.
- 2Responsible for reporting problems related to Halal, food safety & quality management system to identified authorities.
OTHER TASKS:
- Actively participate in all company programs and activities under quality improvement, safety & security, sustainability, corporate social responsibility, risk management etc.
- Performs other tasks as may be assigned by the immediate superior.
