As the Product Manager for Angkas Customer App, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing the user experience for our mobile application. You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver features and improvements that align with our business objectives, always keeping the customer at the forefront. This role requires a unique blend of strategic thinking, technical acumen, and a passion for creating user-centric solutions.
- Develop a deep understanding of the needs, preferences, and pain points of Angkas Customers
- Champion a customer-first approach in all product decisions and ensure that user feedback is incorporated into the product roadmap.
- Utilize data analytics, user feedback, and market research to drive informed decision-making processes.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly analyze product performance, iterating on features to optimize user engagement and satisfaction.
- Work closely with design, engineering, marketing, and operations teams to ensure a unified product vision and seamless execution.
- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages open communication and knowledge sharing across departments.
- Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with business goals and enhances the overall customer experience.
- Prioritize features based on their potential impact on user satisfaction and business value.
- Bachelors of any 4-year course. Preferably Information Technology, Management Engineering, Marketing but not required
- Minimum of 4 years of SOLID Product Management Experience
- Familiarity with the transportation or on-demand services industry is advantageous.
