Job Title: D2C/eCommerce Coordinator
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM -5:00 PM EST
Salary Range: 900 - 1,000 USD per month

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a highly motivated Ecommerce Coordinator to join our team and contribute to our online success supporting our brand websites in North America.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Direct-to-Consumer UX and Merchandising:
- Collaborate with the manager/specialist to update website collections, add/remove products, and remerchandise collections to optimize product visibility and drive revenue and conversions.
- Utilize apps for onsite personalization and merchandising, including content, product recommendations, bundles, and sitewide messaging. QA all strategies on test and production sites.
2. Catalog and Content Management on Shopify Plus:
- Update and maintain the website product catalog, including setting up new products, enabling/disabling products based on inventory, and refreshing product content.
- Execute tasks for promotional campaigns on test and production sites, including the setup of visuals and copy, QA of discount pricing rules, pricing file creation and import, and landing page creation. Replicate activities on additional country websites.
3. Cross-Functional Communication and SEO:
- Communicate new collection and landing page links to cross-functional teams and ensure proper setup with SEO, metadata, etc.
- Request and execute translations to make the website accessible for all supported languages.
4. Email/SMS Assistance and Coordination:
- Assist with email/SMS creation in the email service provider, including creating templates, updating assets and copy, and UAT of messages.
- Implement and QA regular site content (asset and copy) refreshes
5. New Product Launch Coordination:
- Coordinate new product launches, ensuring all products have the necessary data, assets, product tags, and inventory for a timely launch.
6. Asset Briefings and Coordination:
- Create and coordinate asset briefings for visuals needed for onsite, emails, and ads (Meta & Pinterest).
- Ensure all assets are delivered on time and in the correct sizes needed for each platform.
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience within ecommerce
- Familiarity with Shopify Plus
- Effective project management and prioritization skills
- Positive team player and strong work ethic
Key experiences:
- Previous experience in a similar Ecommerce Coordinator role, with a focus on website management, merchandising, and promotional campaigns.
- Proficiency in Shopify Plus, including apps for personalization and merchandising.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to QA strategies, pricing, and website content effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including digital, brand, ecommerce, and marketing managers.
- Strong communication and project management skills, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality work on time.
Great to have, but not required:
- Experience in email/SMS creation and coordination is a plus.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and ability to execute translations for multilingual websites.
- Experience with eCommerce listing optimization for prioritizing content enhancements on PDPs
- Understanding of consumer behavior and what drives purchases
- Experience working with Amazon needs as well as brand.com websites
