Responsibilities:
Looking for a Key Accounts Executive to build traction in cosmetics, skincare, and haircare through
profitable department store and chain store expansion in the Philippines
Description of Duties:
• Managing key accounts assigned, partnering with business managers to arrive at solid trade
marketing strategies and plans, defining strategic brand and SKU assortment to have a
strong representation in these strategic beauty channels
• Negotiates for trade margins with new accounts or renewal of existing accounts and ensures
that all components of the value chain are maximized
• Prepares bottoms-up sales forecast for assigned accounts
• Co-champions monthly S&M meetings and cycle meetings to align the sales organization on
objectives, strategies, and plans
• Delivers the monthly quota for the channel and ensures appropriate allocation of quota to
front liners
• Conducts business review of respective channels and develops the recommended action
plans as needed to ensure our brands win in the channel
• Champions healthy customer P&Ls and identifies the right investment model for the channel
• Ensures flawless execution at the point of sale in the department store and chain store
channel
• Provides timely feedback on developments in the channel as well as competitor initiatives
• Plan and present the animations according to the marketing calendar negotiate the
animation terms and coordinate with assigned accounts on the execution of said animations
• Secure schedules, and spaces and negotiate terms for special workshops, events and other
marketing-initiated activities
