Position: Marketing and Sales Administrator

Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM EST

Holiday/s: US and/or PH Holidays

Salary Range: USD 800 - 1,500/month

The company has supplied clean water to communities all around the world. Now the largest family-owned water filtration company in the United States, the company has completed thousands of projects totaling billions of gallons of water.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Create visually appealing and on-brand marketing collateral, including one pager, case studies, presentations, and other promotional materials.
  • Design eye-catching visuals for digital campaigns.
  • Create and design email templates for the sales team to utilize.
  • Create compelling and shareable content for various social media platforms and own social media content calendar.
  • Monitor social media trends and industry news to stay relevant to the target audience.
  • Generate written and visual content for blog posts, newsletters, and other marketing channels.
  • Assist in the coordination and execution of marketing and networking events.
  • Develop ad concepts for social media and search advertising.
  • Launch digital ad campaigns, with a focus on LinkedIn.
  • Assist with the production and promotion of the company’s podcast.
  • Track and analyze marketing metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Manage job boards by editing job descriptions and publishing jobs to LinkedIn.
  • Assist with some administrative functions as needed.

  • Prior experience in a marketing and sales support role
  • Proven experience in website content creation
  • Has strong knowledge of digital marketing
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and marketing software
  • Permanent Work-From-Home arrangement
