The Role:

This role is crucial in managing the entire customer journey, from handling initial online estimate requests to scheduling appointments, liaising with sales representatives, and handling messages from customers. 

The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing the efficiency of sales routes, managing customer communications, assisting in payment collections, and maintaining detailed records in the CRM system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Online Estimate Management: Handle and organize requests for estimates submitted via email or web forms.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Book appointments with customers in the CRM system and assign them to sales representatives.
  • Route Optimization for Sales Reps: Plan and manage the most efficient routes for sales representatives based on customer meeting times.
  • Payment Collection Support: Help in the process of collecting payments from customers.
  • Voicemail Handling: Listen to customer voicemails, book requests or summarize and forward to relevant parties.
  • CRM Maintenance: Update and maintain customer contact details, notes, and sales records in the CRM system

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of solid sales experience and/or customer service. (Background in construction or home service industry is a plus)
  • Has excellent communication skills
  • Strong communication skills via phone and email
  • Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
  • Experience using CRMs like Salesforce and/or Hubspot (Titan is a plus)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Tools and Google Suite

Working Schedule: Mondays to Fridays; 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM EST

Salary Range: $900 to $1,500/month
