  • Research, write, and manage the creation of high-impact pieces like:
    • Guides: Simplify complex topics with comprehensive, data-driven guides.
    • eBooks: Offer deep dives into industry trends and solutions with compelling eBooks.
    • Checklists & Calculators: Make life easier for prospects with practical tools and resources.
    • Case Studies: Showcase the power of ClearSource solutions with impactful client stories.
    • Subject Matter Expert Interviews: Tap into industry voices to provide fresh perspectives.
  • Write clear, concise, and engaging content tailored to B2B audiences.
  • Identify industry trends and translate them into engaging content.
  • Craft content that climbs the search engine rankings and attracts readers.
  • Work seamlessly with subject matter experts, our creative marketing team, campaign manager and sales leaders.
  • Analyze content performance and optimize for continuous improvement.
  • Drive organic traffic and qualified leads through compelling content.
  • Deliver high-quality content on time and within budget, achieving marketing objectives.
  • Ensure all content reflects ClearSource's commitment to excellence.
  • Excellent writing abilities, impeccable grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
  • Familiarity with the BPO industry, particularly customer experience outsourcing, is an advantage.
  • Understanding search engine optimization (SEO) principles and having experience on platforms such as SEMrush is a must.
  • Proficient in conducting thorough research to gather information, validate facts, and stay updated on industry trends. 
  • Adaptable and willing to experiment with new formats and ideas. 
  • Ability to show creativity in crafting engaging content that stands out in a competitive market.
  • Keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering error-free content.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate cross-functionally to achieve common objectives.
  • Adept at using analytics tools to track content engagement, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
