Qualifications:
- Excellent writing abilities, impeccable grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
- Familiarity with the BPO industry, particularly customer experience outsourcing, is an advantage.
- Understanding search engine optimization (SEO) principles and having experience on platforms such as SEMrush is a must.
- Proficient in conducting thorough research to gather information, validate facts, and stay updated on industry trends.
- Adaptable and willing to experiment with new formats and ideas.
